15 minutes of fame @ TranScreen!

(Scroll down for English)

Andy Warhol (in picture) once said “In the future, everyone will be famous for 15 minutes.” It could happen to YOU in this year’s edition of TranScreen Amsterdam Transgender Film Festival. We are looking for a diverse mix of openly transgender people, from all over the world, who would love to be featured in our filmfestival’s trailer!* We need a photo of your looks today, and a photo of you in the same pose ten years back. Since this year it is exactly ten years ago the first ever Dutch transgender filmfestival took place in the Netherlands.
To be clear: we are NOT looking for ‘before-and-after-transitioning’ portraits, we’re simply asking for portraits that show a development of a time span of exactly 10 years.
Please send your portraits (before may 14th!) to art@transcreen.org and maybe your face will be on the big screen for five days during TranScreen 2011!
*= the trailer will also be put on our YouTube channel.
You and Me = TranScreen
